Welcome to My Personal Page
The Epilepsy Foundation provides amazing support, education and advocacy that one really cannot find anywhere else. When I was first diagnosed they were a wealth of information that I did not get from any of my doctors.
Donations allow the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles to provide and fund Care, Advocacy, Research and Education for children, adults and families affected by this often neglected and devastating neurological disorder.
They are improving access to and quality of specialty care in our region, offering supportive care to individuals and families, advocating for issues that matter to Californians with epilepsy, supporting research for cures, and providing education to ensure families affected have current information and so the community has more understanding about epilepsy.
Epilepsy is the most common serious brain disorder worldwide and as many people die from it annually as breast cancer. Seizures steal moments and memories, can change lives, impact development, affect learning and can even result in death. There is no cure.
For the reasons above and many more, I am participating in the Walk to End Epilepsy on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena to join in the fight to END EPILEPSY.
Please support my efforts by making a donation. Your involvement provides care, advocacy and education today while investing in research and hope for tomorrow. Whatever you can give will help - it all adds up!
Your contribution makes a difference. Thank you!
