Help Leah Support An Important Cause!
Dear Family and Friends,
As some of you know this is something that has affected me personally in the last couple of years. You may or may not know that I went through a rough period at the end of last year, but I'm extremely thankful that I'm healthy and I've been seizure free for the last 6 months! I know there are too many people who struggle with this disease every day including young children who experience multiple seizures daily. Im reaching out to you to personally ask you to join me in taking a stand to end epilepsy today!
Epilepsy is the most common serious brain disorder worldwide with no age, racial, social class, national nor geographic boundaries (World Health Organization). Seizures steal moments and memories, can change lives, impact development, affect learning and can even result in death. There is no cure.
For the reasons above and many more, I am participating in the Walk to End Epilepsy on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena to join in the fight to END EPILEPSY.
Please support my efforts by making a donation. Your involvement provides care, advocacy and education today while investing in research and hope for tomorrow.
Your contribution makes a difference. Thank you!
