Help me in supporting an important cause
Epilepsy is the most common serious brain disorder worldwide with no age, racial, social class, national nor geographic boundaries (World Health Organization). Seizures steal moments and memories, can change lives, impact development, affect learning and can even result in death. There is no cure.
My amazing sister-in-law, Jennifer Reyes Passaglia, suffers from this awful disease. I have watched her life be interupted time and again by its effects. I've also watched in awe as she has maintained a positive attitude and remained determined to not let her illness define her or her life. For her story, in her own honest and elegant words, click here: http://efgla.convio.net/site/TR/Events/General?team_id=5748&pg=team&fr_id=1120
For the reasons above and many more, I am participating in the Walk to End Epilepsy on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena to join in the fight to END EPILEPSY.
Please support my efforts by making a donation. Your involvement provides care, advocacy and education today while investing in research and hope for tomorrow.
Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart, for any support you can give.
